What does this cost?
The check is free, even if no answer is found. For full use — one supply chain file, monitored deadlines and associated documents — you order the subscription. Prices are shown when ordering, so you know in advance what you're getting into.
Do I need an account?
For the free check not immediately; you can try a list first. For the subscription, with your own supply chain file and monitored deadlines, you create an account.
What happens to my data?
Your data goes into your own supply chain file and is used to answer customer questionnaires. You can view at any time what is recorded, download it or have it deleted.
Is this advice?
No. We do not declare anything, certify anything or assess anything. The system proposes an answer based on your own file; you confirm yourself whether it is correct.
I received a VSME list, what now?
You upload the list in the system. We recognize the questions and fill in from your supply chain file what is already known. What is not in there, we leave open, so you can complete it yourself.
My customer uses their own portal, can you log in there?
No, we never log in to a third-party portal. You get the completed list back and submit it yourself to your customer's portal.
I receive this type of list from multiple customers, do I have to start over each time?
No. Answers you have confirmed before are stored in your supply chain file and are suggested again in the next list where they fit. You confirm them again per question.
What if the system cannot find an answer?
Then that question remains open and you will see that clearly. You fill in that question yourself, outside our system or in your own file, so that it serves as a source next time.
