Terms and conditions
This is a draft version. The terms and conditions will be established before the start of the paid service.
1. Who are we?
supplia.eu is a service of Point2Create BV, KvK 63324547. These terms and conditions apply to any use of the website and the service.
2. What we deliver — and what we do not
We deliver completed questionnaires, deadline monitoring and general guidance, with reference to the official regulatory text. This is expressly no quality mark, no score and no certification: we make no declarations about your business to your customers, we never log in to their portals, and we never suggest an answer unless your file contains substantiation for it. Each answer is yours: you confirm it and you submit it.
'You make decisions about your own compliance yourself, if necessary with a lawyer or in consultation with the competent supervisory authority.'3. Due diligence and errors
We make every effort to present information accurately, up to date and with source attribution, and we check every text before publication. However, legislation and its interpretation change; completeness or accuracy cannot therefore be guaranteed. If you spot an error, please report it — we will update the text or take it offline.
4. Subscription and payment
The subscription runs per month or per year and can be terminated at the end of the term. All prices are exclusive of VAT. For business customers outside the Netherlands with a valid VAT identification number, VAT is reverse charged.
5. Use of content
The texts on this platform are protected by copyright. Automated and large-scale copying (scraping) or commercial reuse is not permitted without written permission. The underlying statutory texts are public and remain freely accessible via EUR-Lex.
6. Liability
We are not liable for damage resulting from decisions you make based on the information, nor for indirect damage or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms and conditions limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law, including liability for intent or gross negligence.
7. Applicable law
Dutch law applies to these terms and conditions. If you have a complaint, please let us know first via office@supplia.eu; if we cannot resolve it together, you may appeal to the competent Dutch court.
