Privacy statement

1. Who is responsible?

supplia.eu is a service of Point2Create BV, Energieweg 1, 3133 EB Vlaardingen, Netherlands, CoC 63324547. For all privacy questions, you can contact office@supplia.eu.

2. What data do we process?

For an account: your name, email address, company name, registration number and billing details. For the recognition check: the file you upload and the questions we identify in it. In your chain dossier: the answers and documents you add there yourself. When visiting the site: anonymized visit statistics.

We do not record anything beyond what you upload or enter yourself, and we do not sell data to third parties. Our question recognition learns only from QUESTION FORMULATIONS and never from answers: which question corresponds to which canonical question, without company name and without value attached.

3. Why and how long?

We process account data to provide and bill the service; we keep invoices for seven years because tax law requires it. An uploaded list we keep for thirty days. We keep your chain dossier as long as your account exists, because that is what it is for: the next list must be able to come from it.

4. Your rights

You can view, correct, delete or export your data. You don't even have to ask us: via Settings → Download all your data you get everything we have about you as a ZIP file with one click. If you prefer to send us a message, we will respond within thirty days. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

5. Cookies

Functional cookies for login and security are always on. We only place statistics cookies after your consent, and you can refuse them without the site working any less.
